Firepool

Viridor’s new headquarters (on Priory Bridge Road car park) at Firepool is emerging at quite a rate.  Construction company Morgan Sindall won the contract to develop the first building on the 6.5 hectare (16.5 acres) site, which includes a new riverside park.

Completion of the Viridor HQ is expected in mid-2012 but in the meantime, Taunton Deane's development partner, St Modwen, is marketing the remainder of Phase 1 to hotel operators and businesses.
